Shamanic Journeying

Shamanism is the oldest spiritual practice known to humankind. The word shaman means "one who sees in the dark" or "healer". 

Shamanism is a powerful practice that allows us to consciously connect with the spiritual world as well as live in harmony with nature. It is the path of the heart.

A core principal in Shamanism is the experience of Direct Revelation. We are in essence spirit. It is natural for each of us to personally connect with the spiritual realms for guidance, insights, and healing.

Shamanic journeying is a way to connect to your spiritual guidance by aligning your mind with the frequencies of the spiritual realms. 

Guided Shamanic Journeying

A guided shamanic journey allows you to be your own Shaman. After discussing your journey's purpose, you will be gently guided into a state of hypnosis. From this state of mind your journey will begin to unfold. Susan is with you every step of the way to encourage, guide and ask key questions so that you can get the most out of this mystical experience.

Soul Retrieval

It is believed that whenever we suffer an emotional or physical trauma a part of our soul (our essence, our vitality, the part of us that keeps us alive and thriving) flees the body in order to survive the experience. This protects us from experiencing the full impact of that pain. In psychology this is called "disassociation". Anytime someone says they have never been the same since a certain event (and they don't mean it in a good way), soul loss has probably occurred.

Soul retrieval is the process of finding, reconnecting and reintegrating that essential part of you back into the body so that you are once again whole.
